Good Times With Old Friends

So while on our trip, Saturday we made it up to Utah County. We got settled up there and then went out to my friend Julie's home for Hot dog roasts and smores. We got some good friends out there to join. It was alot of fun to roast hot dogs and chat. We let the kids play in the yard and the adults got to kick back and relax. However the smoke from the fire pit kept following me. It was making me a little ticked. But oh well I dealt with it. After it started to rain we came in and kicked it in the living room. While the kids played downstairs. The friends kind of circled through. First we had Rupesh, his wife Liz and their baby Ali, then David, Arlene and Lauryn came. After a while they left and Glen, and Tori came. They ended up staying for awhile and Tiave joined in. We ended the night with Julie, Tiave, Justin and I just hanging out. Back to the four of us that started our little circle of friends...ha ha. Julie would get this!

Brittany's Graduation

This last week we went back to Utah and attended my little sisters highschool graduation. It was so much fun and I was so happy to see what grown up lady she has become. We spent time with my family for the first half of the week. Thursday night we had girls night, played games, watched movies, and painted toe nails. Friday was the big day. I woke up and decorated the living room for her, and then after she left for grad. practice Justin and I decorated her car. Then we left and went over to the high school and got her best friend Jill's car. We have adopted Jill as another little sister. She was quite surprised to walk out and see her car all wrote on. Then Friday night we had the graduation. She looked so beautiful! She's the last of us to go through NS. It was kind of hard to think..thats it! We're done with North Sanpete. My parents, and all 4 of us kids went there and now we are done. What a weird feeling. After many picture taking with her friends we left Brittany and went back to moms house for root beer floats. All of us had fun reminising about old times. Ryan's family left soon after. But Justin, my brother Kyle, my mom and I stayed up and chatted until 2am. It was so much fun to just sit there and talk with them. Kyle is such a story teller and i love listening to him. Thats one thing I miss is just chatting with him and hearing his stories. We finally got off to bed. Next morning we woke up and made breakfast for Brittany. A family favorite, and family recipe..Albosquise. Its so yummy! To finish we went up to Orem to enjoy Justin's side of family and friends...but thats for another blog.
Here is the Grad pics...

Tantrums by Issy

Isabella is in that stage right now where if she doesn't get what she wants..she throws a tantrum. She cries, kicks her feet, stomps her foot, and just down right lays on the ground. You gotta love a kid when they are at their worst moments and all you can do is just let them throw their little fits. I couldn't help but take pictures of this sad little face. At the end of it some how we got her to smile!

Starting her tantrum.....

Next....Mom don't look at me...

To finish it off...Face in blanket, completely covered and sobbing uncontrollably
Isn't this a way cuter face?!

Mothers Day

My mothers day was so great, and very relaxing. Yesterday morning my family let me sleep in until 10am. When I woke up my kitchen was clean (thanks Angie), and Justin was making breakfast. It was so nice to just be able to come in and not worry about dishes or anything. After enjoying a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, hasbrowns, and turkey sausage we relaxed a little and took our time getting ready. When everyone was ready we took the kids, picked up my favorite fast food..ARBIES. We then drove to a cute little park and had a picnic. The kids all played and the adults laid on a blanket and enjoyed the sun. After a couple hours of that we returned home. I got out the slip n' slide and froggy pool for the kids. Then Justin cooked dinner. He made a London Broil Steak, Mashed potatoes, and green beans. After such a great dinner and day. I topped off my night with a bowl of ice cream. It was a such a great, and relaxing day. My husband, kids and Angie are awesome!

Happy Mothers Day to Me!!

Relaxed Car Show

Sunday was the Relaxing in So. Cal Car Show. After having a couple of the guys over saturday night. Everyone got up and went to the show. Angie, the girls, and I went to it a little later and spent a couple hours there hanging out with everyone. The show was really good, but really hot! SO most of the time we just hung out under neath our canopy in the shade. Sunset walked away with 2 awards..Best Club, Best Club Artwork. We also had members walk away with awards as well. SO over all it was a good show and Bob (Sunset founder) was happy that Sunset is still known for being the most down to earth club, with the most personality. Every show gives out goodie bags and there was a big piece of sidewalk chalk in all the bags. Well we thought it would be cool to write SUNSET in front of our vehicals. Later we found out that the chalk was to see who could come up with the funnest way of using the chalk...BEST ARTWORK....It Pays to be bored!

Nasty just chilling..trying to stay in the shade

Nena and Kenny...He didn't want to smile for me...putz!
