10 Years of Pure Happiness!!

Today Justin and I are celebrating 10 years of Pure Marital Bliss! I can't believe time has gone by so fast. Seems like just yesterday we were dating. Now here we are 10 yrs later and with 3 gorgeous little girls. I guess its true..the saying "Time Flies When Your Having Fun". Ten years ago today I made the decision to marry my Best Friend, Lover, and Soul Mate. I am so glad I did. He has made my life worth living, has given me such happiness, and I can't imagine my life without him. Our life hasn't been perfect, we have had our ups and downs. But we have came through it all. I can't imagine going through what I have without him. I hope he knows how much I love him. I know we have made it this far by being honest, and open with each other. Communication is the #1 tool in a marriage and without that you have nothing. Justin and I make sure that we make this our priority!
A look into the past..and can't wait to see what the future has in store for the next ten years! I love you Honey!

Still Happy after all these years!!

What happens when Two people fall in love! Our 3 blessings!

Last Day of School

My girl all grown up and finishing 4th grade. Next year she will be the top of her school! A Big 5th grader!

Issy had to take a pic like her sisters. She still has one more year at home with her mommy!

Kylee is done with Kindergarten and is now a 1st grader. She gets to go all day at school, and even play on the big kids playground. Such an accomplishment for her.. :)

My 3 Blessings!

Kylee with one last picture of her and Mrs. Herrera. We will miss her as our teacher. She was awesome. She really was a great person for Kylee to have as her first teacher in school. She made learning fun and Kylee missed her so much when she took her medical leave.

Chelsey and her 4th grade teacher Mrs. Dhouti. She was good, and I think with a little less students in her class..she would of been Great. But when you have 42 kids..well orderly becomes a struggle in the classroom..

Jocelyn is one of Chelsey's best friends. They do everything together at school! They really are fun to watch.

Kylee and 3 of her favorite friends from her class. Breann is the top. Then Kylee, Celeste, and Jasmine! They were the 4 muskateers at school. Since Justin picked up Ky from school on her last day. They came and got Ky from the house and they all went up to Celeste's for last day of school party! The girls had a blast and they even took Issy with them. So I had the afternoon with just Chelsey and it was so quiet and nice at home. I got some cleaning done and spent some fun time with Chelsey. I think she needed it. Its hard to give alone time to each one of them.

Here they are including Issy!

Chelsey with her friend Sammantha

Chelsey and Payton. These two have had their ups and downs as friends. But they ended their 4th grade year on a good note.

Chelsey and her friend Annette. This girl was so cute. I got to ride with her when I volunteered for one of the field trips. I am glad Chelsey has her. Hope they stay friends for awhile!

Gold Rush in the 4th Grade

On Friday the 21st the 4th graders took part in a Gold Rush Day. They have been studying it for awhile. So after the awards assembly I got to stay and help out with it. They had a list of activities to show how the Minors lived and worked each day. They searched for Gold, Sorted it out from Fools gold to Real Gold, then they panned for it. They had a small claim space that two people would use and they panned. After that they had to figure out how much gold they found and then use it to buy materials. They went to the General Store. Afterwards they ate grub, and had a hoedown. The kids learned how to dance like the Minors did back then. I got to stay all up to the General Store. Then I had to pick up Ky and get Issy.

When they searched on the ground for Gold, Chelsey was doing an amazing job. But her friends weren't so lucky. So she decided that they would all hunt together and split their earnings. There was 3 of them. Chelsey, Jocelyn and Annete. After searching they went back and had to seperate the real from fake. Then they turned in their real good for the balance of a treate..like rolo's or reeses's in the Gold wrapper.

Chelsey all dressed the part of a Minor..even with a little "dirt" on her face to show how tough and dirty it was.

LOOK..WE FOUND A BUNCH!!!

Chelsey still searching for gold

Awe...Fools Gold

Sorting their gold..real gold from the fools gold

Her and Jocelyn in their small Claim space. Mrs. Dhouti had taught them that the minors had to rent out a claim space to do their panning. It wasn't very big either.

Chelsey is getting frustrated with the fact that she has found hardly any gold in the panning activity. I told her that the minors sometimes went days without finding any at all. That this was their life day in and day out... She said..Wow I don't know if I could do that.

The red lines marked their tiny claim. Here she is still panning and only finding a couple pieces.

Mrs. Dhouti took these pictures of each child and had them developed for them. I thought it was great!

Last Awards Assembly

Last Friday the school had their last awards assembly of the year. Ky's Kindergarten got to sing for it. They sang two songs and then returned back to class to finish up their work centers and testing. They did an excellant job. I have included one video from it. I can't get her 2nd video to post. Also some pics that I took of her preforming. She is deffinantly not shy.

Chelsey and Ky both received perfect attendance awards for the 3rd trimester. They had already recieved this for the 1st, and if it hadn't been for 1 day of school missed during the 2nd..they would of had 100% Perfect Attendance for all 3 trimesters. Maybe next year.

It was also Wild West day at school, and the 4th grade particapated in Gold Rush Day. So they all looked a little western. I will post more on the Gold Rush. That was an awesome event for Chelsey.

Chelsey just received her award..she was surprised

Chelsey and her friend Victoria both got one.

Kylee singing her song. She sang one that was called Say Hello! It was super cute!

Also a song called..We all live together. Here is a small clip of that one.

Last of the Cruise

So to finish up the last of our cruise, saturday we just relaxed and hung out with our friends. we hit the farewell party before dinner. We decided to play one last gag on our waiter and went to dinner in our robes. After that we went to the Legends show. Where they actually had passengers audition for some legend singer parts and they all sang a famous song along with the singers, and dancers from carnival. Some of the Legend preformers were Brittany Spears, MaDonna, Aritha Franklin, Dianna Ross, Elvis, Garth Brooks, Elton John, and then our directors played the part of Dolly Parton, and Sonny & Cher. Also the Board of chairmans played Frank Sinatra. Wow for a lady she played the part WELL!

We enjoyed our cruise so much and it was one of the best vacations I have had. We gained new friends, and learned a little bit from the trip as well. We also learned to not take for granted what we have because there is people out there with a lot less than us. I hope everyone gets a chance to go on a cruise. They are great! We are already planning on another one with friends this time.

Our cruise director Goose as Dolly Parton

Elvis at the Legends Show

With the other two directors...Greg and Melanie. They were dressed as Sonny and Cher for the Legends Show

Barbara with our favorite show dancer!

What am I? We are trying to figure this one out

Our Towell friends. Every night we would come back to our room with our night turn down service and a little friend. I know I am missing one :( But they were so cute! Also tip if you go on carnival cruises..if you don't want them to be taken apart the next night..leave a note saying..Don't kill me! Also you can leave notes requesting animals. I wish I would of asked for a frog.

Last Port - Cabo San Lucas

So for our last port we stopped in Cabo San Lucas on May 7th. It was our shortest port, we got off 9am and was to be back on the boat by 2pm. That way we could make it back to long Beach by Sunday morning. We also had to be tendered out into the Ocean there. Cabo has a small harbor and it is filled with Coral Reefs. So they tender us out, and then we have to aboard a small tender boat in groups and take it to the Harbor. We didn't have much planned for Cabo so we decided to just hang with the friends we had made on the ship. We got there and walked around. Problem was most places didn't open until 10-11am. So that kind of sucked. We found a little place to get something to drink and also some chips and salsa. Then took a water taxi to the beach area. We found a restaurant on the beach where we could sit in lounge chairs and just relax. They had lots of stuff to do there..like entertainment from the staff, karokee, guess the song, and Loteria (bingo in spanish). It was fun. Then walked back and stopped by Cabo Wabo to see it. Bought some souvenirs at a little flea market and got back on the boat. That night was the last elegant dinner. Then they had a show in the theatre called Vroom. Its an award winning show. Most the shows there were just a dance/sing sort of show. But they were great.

I had told Justin the night before that I wanted a picture with Goose the cruise director. He said that most likely won't happen. Well when we went to get on our tender boat there he was. I snagged up a pic real quick. He was awesome and so sweeeeettt.

Our Tender boat we took from ship to shore...We had to be put in groups. So group 15 was ours. We ended up sticking our #'s on Brian. They stayed there most the day :)

While walking down the Harbor we saw a crib with a baby leopard inside..It was sooo Cute!

Brian, Cindy, Marcus, and Barbara at the little restaurant eating chips and salsa.

Cabo San Lucas...Its Gorgeous!!! By far my favorite to look at!!!

Cindy and I playing Loteria at the little beach resort we sat at.

Me and the girls in front of Cabo Wabo and then Justin and I.

Ok so Friday was the last Elegant dinner night. We all got dressed up and went. So our waiter Charles had been playing jokes on us the whole cruise. So right after appetizers and moving on to Main course we decided to play a joke. We all up and switched spots. Funny thing is we somehow switched couples as well. Marcus and I ended up together, Justin and Barbara ended by each other. Brian and Cindy just stayed next to each other. Well the ship photographer came by at that time and took our pics. We ended up getting ones with our actual partners but we still thought it was fun. Marcus ended up calling me Wifey the rest of the time and now Barbara started as well.

The ladies with our waiters, and the Boys!
